Rebooting a Gateway

Note: Before you begin, obtain the magnet.

To reboot a gateway:

  1. Place the magnet firmly against the green sticker located at the base of the gateway.
  2. Hold the magnet there until both lights on the device power off, confirming the reboot has started.
  3. Remove the magnet.

What to expect:

  • The power light should turn on shortly after the magnet is removed.

  • The internet light should turn back on within 2 to 4 minutes.
